Good people. A few ground rules.
These Terms govern your use of NIGHTMADE, provided by Nightmade(Us) (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms.
01 / Terms of Use
NIGHTMADE is a social game for friends. Use it lawfully and only join Nights you have been invited to. Keep your device and invite codes secure, and take responsibility for the content you contribute.
Games and prompts are for entertainment. They are not factual judgments about participants or instructions to take risks. You can choose not to share a photo, record a clip or take part in a prompt.
02 / Terms of Use
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or humiliate others, expose their private information, or share unlawful or exploitative material. Do not pressure anyone to participate or share something they are uncomfortable with.
Get permission before contributing another person’s photo, voice or personal information. Respect requests to stop sharing or remove content. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access private submissions or disrupt the service.
03 / Terms of Use
You retain ownership of your contributions. By sharing content in NIGHTMADE, you give us permission to process, store and display or play it as needed to provide your Night, its games and recap.
Only contribute content you have the right to share. Sharing content in a Night does not give us permission to use it in public marketing. Other participants may make copies outside the app, which NIGHTMADE cannot remove.
04 / Terms of Use
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and how to contact us about your data. Leaving a Night or uninstalling the app does not automatically delete stored content.

05 / Terms of Use
Features depend on device compatibility, permissions and an internet connection. The service may be interrupted, and games or recaps may not always complete. Keep a separate copy of anything important to you.
We may change or discontinue features as the app develops. Do not rely on NIGHTMADE for emergency communications or other critical purposes.
06 / Terms of Use
NIGHTMADE’s branding, interface and software belong to their respective owners. Using the service does not transfer ownership of those materials or grant permission to redistribute them.
07 / Terms of Use
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Updates will be posted here with a revised date. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
